In 1992 while I was pregnant with my first child, I discovered a Pre-natal Yoga class near the University I studied at. I signed up and got hooked right away. Since then yoga became an irreplaceable part of my life.  Wherever I moved, whatever change or circumstance I had to face, yoga became my best friend. If I needed more balance, calmness, or strength I could always turn to yoga. Practicing asanas and pranayama, different flows and types of yoga brought me home. Eventually these two aspects of yoga started feeling very familiar and I felt a need of exploring what is behind them. And there it was…

YogaFit came into my life. Since 2016 I am practicing and expanding my knowledge on all eight limbs of yoga and mainly, my knowledge about myself.

From April till October we meet to practice at least once a week at Mondauk Park in Upper Dublin Township.

Our first very successful World Tai Chi Day just happened recently on April 24, 2021. Around 40 of Tai Chi and Qigong practitioners from different local groups met at Mondauk Common Park to practice variety of Tai Chi and Qigong styles. We had a wonderful experience while we were still able to follow CDC guidelines about social distancing and wearing masks.
